To address mounting cost pressure, the engagement set up a captive Finance shared service centre for the CFO, transitioning roles from a high-cost capital city to a lower-cost onshore location. At the same time, the existing SAP ERP solution was upgraded. The move reduced workforce costs and released further value in prime, capital-city real estate. The ERP solution drove further operational process improvements.
