An SAP ERP implementation was in flight, running behind plan and over budget. The engagement took on the programme in a turnaround capacity, resetting the project and redefining the implementation approach to get it back on track. With delivery stabilised, the engagement then drove implementation of a parallel management information solution (SAP-BW) alongside the main build.
